Frank Turner and Sons is seeking a farm manager who is passionate about, and experienced with registered purebred cattle.

Job location:  561 Silver Creek Road, Hayneville, AL  36040

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The farm supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Conduct farming activities 

• Operation, repair, and maintenance of farm equipment 

 • Prepare annual farm regenerative grazing budget 

• Manage expenses in accordance with the annual budget 

• Maintain accurate cattle records 

• Annual Cattle Sale

• The farm manager will have oversight of employees

• Supervision of farming contractors working on the property.

• Leadership, Vision, Alignment with Company Mission
